Restorative Yoga + Live Guitar

Cozy up with your blanket, yoga mat and blocks for a relaxing and restorative yoga class while our friend Nick gently strums the guitar strings. We are at the peak of the season, everything is moving at a very quick pace- find some refuge with us on Tuesday nights. Allow yourself to slow down and enjoy a restorative evening with us.

Please bring your yoga mat, blocks and straps if you want them, (there are some in studio if you don't have any), water and your blanket. It is always a good idea to bring your journal + pen, just in case.
